But... between going to LA again last week to see this...
and trying to do a little "much needed" cleaning with the boys to surprise daddy...
and cooking all the new recipes on Pioneer Woman's blog
(which are NOT conducive to me trying to lose weight...
but are great opportunities for me to try and teach fractions to the boys)
WELL...
I just realized that my poor baby doesn't have a party planned for his birthday...
and as forgiving as his daddy was when that happened to him a couple of months ago...
my baby...
my baby is mama's boy!
Which means ...
Birthdays = gifts and fun and friends and ...
So...
school is a "NO GO" for our homeschoolers today (again)...
because mama has to go take care of the important things in life...
AHHHH...
my baby's really going to be 7 already???
IDEAS ANYONE???

Wow you have been a busy woman. That meal does look yummy! I hope he has a great birthday, I don't have any ideas off hand.
Aww, life is busy! Happy 7th Birthday to your little man! Boys love to eat, so take him to his favorite restaurant to celebrate! Maybe afterwards he could go shopping with you and pick out a special gift if you didn't buy one yet? Or you could let him do something special each day this week to celebrate?
Ask him what he'd like to do to celebrate--it just might be something easy and simple, LOL, like renting a movie he's been wanting to see...

And 7!?!?! Oh my goodness. :) Can't wait to hear about his big day!!
okay.....now I'm hungry!!!!! We just celebrated 7 with my son last month! It's so much fun :) Busy lady!!
