Sick and Tired... of being sick and Tired!

I didn't get tied up and locked in the closet by the boys... that would be heaven compared to being this sick! I have pneumonia and it feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest.

That, my friends.... is what happens when you try to do toooooo many things. When your husband coaches too many teams, and when you forget how to say... "No, I really can't this time."

BUT... there's nothing like seeing your boys win the game for their teams... several times this week!

And... I love how my boys take such good care of me when I don't feel good... They are going to be THE BEST HUBBY's some day... a very, very long time from now-- Just like their daddy!

Rachel,

Thank goodness you are back! I have been having withdrawls. Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. I am glad your boys are taking good care of you. I hope you are feeling better soon. Do you need me to drop by some soup or something?

Feel better soon, and just know your friend in DE is sicky, too. Not as sick as you, but my head has been over-run with snot and pressure. Blech. I've missed you! And I wish I could offer to bring you soup like your first commenter, but that would be really out of my way...so I can't. :)

Oh, so sorry to hear that you are sick. It really is the worst!

Glad to hear that the boys are all helping out. Sounds to me like they have a great Mama that they love very much!

Hang in there, and rest as much as possible. Praying this will end quickly.

I am sorry you are sick, I hope you get better soon. It is no fun being sick especially when so many count on you. It sounds like you have great helpers.

Hope you are on the mend. As for your question on my blog about how I get so much done. It helps that I don't work outside the home, am not the best housekeeper of my home and have very understanding boys and husband. They put up with me and my mess because they know it makes for a much happier mommy.

(BTW, get a dog -- a girl one at that. Alice is my best buddy and only other female in our house.)

Get better. It is not fun being sick, but it sounds like you are in good care.

i'm glad the boys have been having good games too!

funny to think of them as future husbands ... but good to think of them that way too, right ;) then we can help teach them how to be the best ones around :)

Thanks for visiting my TT. You know my "I feel terrific after having my hair done at the salon" came from your post. Since I read it I just want to make a appointment to have my hair done. I just can't find time. You started something.
