Let's Make a Plan...

I knew this would happen once school started...

My house would start to look like this...
(This DRIVES me crazy... more than anything else... I HATE it when my house is a mess)

*Maybe I should just be happy that I have a camera that can capture the dust so well???

or NOT!!

And then there's my sad roses...
I knew my beautiful roses would start to look like this once I started school... because I just don't have time to get to take care of them like I do when I'm not teaching, and homeschooling, and enjoying football and baseball 6 nights a week.

And this is how my scrapping is going...
which is to say... it isn't. And that little "gift" I've been working on for a friend... it's just killing me not to get if finished and sent!!

What I need is a plan... to get it all done.

But then I just recently discovered Facebook... AHHHHHHHHHHH...

and hooked up with my long-lost roommates from college... and one of my bridesmaids that moved across the country.

Tony told me to use my air miles to go for a visit!!! (Gosh I love him-- maybe I should get him a birthday gift after all???)

AND now I'm thinking I don't care so much about the yard and the "unfinished projects"... because I'm ALL about "planning" AJ's next field trip.

YEP... I'm thinking that's a great plan!! A trip to DC...

We'll see... but in the meantime... the plan is to clean the house; because I can't "plan" with a dirty house!

OHHH you found facebook. Girl you are in for it now, with facebooking and blogging. HAHA I do both too and it is so cool the people you get back in touch with!!

when i feel overwhelmed, I just try to ignore the rest and focus on one thing at a time. It will be there tomorrow. Simplify ;)

Girl, you have 4 boyz....your not suppose to have a clean house. And yes you should be very impressed that your camera takes such good pictures.

You call that a "Dirty House"????
I could top that dirt on a good day at our house.

I can barely see your dust! I could take pictures and post but then I'm afraid someone would sic the health department and children services on me!!!

You're going to have to try much harder to beat me at being bad!

I am glad to see I am not the only one. Since school, work and football I have not been able to get anything done either. You are not the only one with dust on the mantle and every where else.

You are busy! And, I'm sure my dust is much worse than yours...I couldn't even figure out what you were talking about with your house looking like "this" until you mentioned dirt!

I have not allowed myself to do facebook....I don't have the time or the energy!

I need a plan too.
I am with you....I can't function when everything around me is dirty or in disarray.
I have not scrapbooked in a while.
I need a fix.
Facebook?
What?
I can't hear you!
Blah Blah Blah
Don't say another word.
Too many addictions already.
Please don't share another one with me.
Blah Blah Blah!

♥ I always have dust at my house no matter how hard I try to keep up on it. Frustrating! :)

When the house gets too messy and dusty, and I get behind on things, I get crabby! I spent this evening doing a lot of cleaning.

Have fun planning the field trip :)

Well as soon as you do dust it needs it again in two hours it seems! But I am like you and can't plan or think with a messy house!

Facebook huh? I haven't tried that yet.

I discovered Facebook awhile back too but luckily I'm not as addicted to it as I am blogging! I'm with ya on the house thing. I get so overwhelmed with it while trying to keep up with everything else. I'm a neat freak so it drives me crazy, but I also think, why bother b/c it will be dirty tomorrow again anyway. LOL

HEY! When did you sneak in to my home and take a pic of my dust? :)
I'm on facebook, too! Will you be my friend? *batting eyelashes*

Dust? I can't even get caught up enough with dishes and laundry to worry about dust! Hang in there and thanks for sharing, it's good for us moms to know we all struggle with the same things!

With 4 kids, I think something would be wrong if your house wasn't messy.

And can I just say you are second blogger I read today that is praising Facebook. I should really join but my goodness, my house is already a mess. If I joined, I'm worried we might get condemned ;)

My house is looking the same. Football is so demanding and then there is work. Just no time. A trip sounds wonderful right about now. Hope you get to go it sounds like fun.

I am with you, I feel like the caos is in my head when my house is dirty. Good Luck.

My only comment: I love facebook, too! Look me up!

My scrapping looks very similar although I think it's in a far more dustier corner than yours! :) (as I see no dust at your house and plenty here at mine! LOL)

Anyway, just wanted to pop in for a minute. It's been forever since I've visited...

Now, I must go clean my house and plan a trip, too. :) Seriously.

At first I signed on to Facebook to keep tabs on teenagers under my roof....now I am loving all the friends that I have re-connected with.

Good luck with the house. I am the same. Can not concentrate or move any further in a dirty, unorganized house. Lately, I have not been able to do anything for all the chaos here in my home.

WOW, you are busy! I just joined facebook too...and not all that excited about it. The blog is still my thing. And I dusted half of my house for the first time in a long time. I hear that housework goes to pot when you start homeschooling. But I was never good at it when I wasn't homeschooling. Or when I was teaching and didn't have kids. Oh well, life is too short to worry about that stuff!

I love Facebook too!!! My favorite though is blogging!

I should try to look you up!

Don't worry about your house - the dust will be there when you want to get to it! ha ha

Yes, facebook will totally put a damper on productivity. Not to mention four boys...

I am exactly the same way. I can't "plan" if my house is dirty. I just can't get my mind in the right place.

Which is why I never accomplish ANYTHING.

Um, your house looks great to me. My kids barely know what "Pledge" is or how to use it.

I hope you have time for this..

I tagged you on my blog. 3boys247.blogspot.com
